Naturally Processed Coffee: A Bold and Fruity Experience

Dry processed coffee, also known as natural processed coffee, is a method that celebrates the natural sugars and flavors of the coffee cherry. Unlike other processing methods where the coffee cherry's outer fruit layers are removed before the beans are dried, in the natural process, the whole cherry is left intact during the drying phase. This allows the beans to absorb moisture and flavors from the fruit itself, resulting in a cup that is often more complex, fruity, and aromatic.
